I came in for service on tire and my rim was scrap in the hands service; I complained and they blamed issue on me. Also my suv has not been drinking properly and loud noise since I got service done. No issues when I bought vehicle now since service they stated I have trans issue and rotors / struts issue. How is this even possible?! I spoke with management Joe. He gave a didn’t care “oh well” demeanor. Honestly I’m disgusted and feel as this suv is a lemon and was rigged during service. Nail removal shouldn’t taken 1hr 45mins… I need to speak with upper management. More

Worst experience ever, they kept my vehicle almost 2 months with lack of communication, she never responded to my calls,or voice-mails. After days of runaround, because Mary was in and out of work becau months with lack of communication, she never responded to my calls,or voice-mails. After days of runaround, because Mary was in and out of work because of family problems, but never once communicated with me or passed my service concerns to another Rep. I ended up speaking to someone else who still didn't help, 2 weeks of my truck with no work done to it, they claimed they called warranty service for my vehicle 2 weeks in. After me staying there so I can see them call the warranty service, they finally got ahold of them but my warranty was expired due to being over 100k miles, so he gave me the price for replacing a radiator over 2k but I told my truck that's been sitting there for 2 weeks. I got it done somewhere else for below half the price they were charging. More
