He was great at arrival! I was there for a recall and inspection. I was told it would take an hour to hour and half. My biggest complaint is that Clarence went to lunch before even contacting me that my insurance was a problem. I had to call up there to even find out what was taking so long. I am extremely happy that they had exactly what I was looking for and didn’t hesitate to allow me to control of my buying process. They listened, they accommodated where possible and removed any frustration with my buying experience. Cesar was not very polite when dealing with my issue. . makes me think they did not even check my lights, I was in and out in 20 minutes and all he said is that is could be a short in the system.
