Worst experience ever, they kept my vehicle almost 2 months with lack of communication, she never responded to my calls,or voice-mails. I ended up speaking to someone else who still didn't help, 2 weeks of my truck with no work done to it, they claimed they called warranty service for my vehicle 2 weeks in. After me staying there so I can see them call the warranty service, they finally got ahold of them but my warranty was expired due to being over 100k miles, so he gave me the price for replacing a radiator over 2k but I told my truck that's been sitting there for 2 weeks. I got it done somewhere else for below half the price they were charging. More

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience with the Jeep I purchased from your dealership in July. Since the acquisition of the used Jeep, I have dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience with the Jeep I purchased from your dealership in July. Since the acquisition of the used Jeep, I have encountered persistent issues that have necessitated three separate visits to your service center for repairs. While I understand that used vehicles may require maintenance, the frequency and extent of the repairs have left me profoundly dissatisfied. Most recently, I was asked to make an additional payment for the latest repair, which I reluctantly agreed to in hopes of resolving the ongoing issues. However, the current state of the vehicle and the substantial cost incurred for the recent service have left me questioning the quality of the product and the fairness of the charges. Given these circumstances, I kindly request that you review my case and consider providing warranty coverage for the ongoing issues. I believe that, as a responsible and customer-centric dealership, you would understand the importance of customer satisfaction and the need for reliable vehicles. I regret buying the vehicle from Don Davis now. The service department is very backed up and will not set future appts to look at the vehicle. They want you to bring it in and leave it for days before servicing. After i left it for 4 days was informed that they did not have the diagnostic capabilities to diagnose one of the issues. Then how can they access the used vehicles before selling them? I am now taking the truck some where else after being with out a vehicle for days and dropping some wasted money. More
