Lanie was in a really difficult situation, managing a 30 day service stay for my vehicle due to a recall and parts availability. A problem to be sure, but out of Lanie's control. I went in to get an oil changed and my front driver tire sensor repair. I ended up get two rear tires and a power steering flush. I sat there from 11 am until 6pm with my 10 year old daughter, no food no ve sensor repair. I ended up get two rear tires and a power steering flush. I sat there from 11 am until 6pm with my 10 year old daughter, no food no vending only bottled water and coffee in the waiting area. I walk to go get food around 5, only to come back and wait some more. When I left I hand 2 sensors on then 3 as I’m driving. The sensor that I came to get repaired finally went on, but the 2 sensors on the back tires that were not on are now on, and I’m driving down the road and the panel on the bottom of my car falls down. I paid 881.00 for sloppy work, only for them to tell me they need another 212.00 for a sensor that was not on when I pulled up to the service center. I’m an so disappointed in the device I received. I will never go to Don Davis Service center again. I feel as if I left with more problems than I came with. It’s sad that women cannot get trusted services when going to car shops alone. More
