I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, I was told that it would take an hour and half to complete. The process lasted over 2 hours and 45 minutes. Service is always great but the wait times are ridiculous. Oil changes should not be 2+ hours. This I feel you should be able to bring you vehicle in on lunch and be out in 45 to 60 minutes at mos ridiculous. Oil changes should not be 2+ hours.
