I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, I was told that it would take an hour and half to complete. The process lasted over 2 hours and 45 minutes. This was my 2nd HORRIBLE experience at your location. 3hrs later and still no oil change. I left. RIDICULOUS. Clarence was understanding and in no way was he to blame. Service is always great but the wait times are ridiculous. Oil changes should not be 2+ hours. This I feel you should be able to bring you vehicle in on lunch and be out in 45 to 60 minutes at mos ridiculous. Oil changes should not be 2+ hours. I have brought my truck in at 07:30 at opening and been in the front of the line and did not leave until after 10am. I feel there needs to be better triage of vehicles coming in or staffing issues need to be addressed. More

Had a nail in my tire after purchase of my Jeep in less than a week. It was addressed quickly and the tire was replaced.
