Service advisors need to be more communicative. Leave you sitting in the waiting area for an hour after your vehicle is finished. I’m avoiding this place like the plague! Took my jeep in for an oil service & checkup Was told they couldn’t do a diagnostic at that time & I would have to make another appointment Took my jeep in for an oil service & checkup Was told they couldn’t do a diagnostic at that time & I would have to make another appointment 3 weeks out, ok did that. Got a call that I really needed to change my Engine air filter & cabin filter. Odd cause I just changed them myself a week prior. So I get it back, they did wash it which was nice for my $100+ oil change So supposedly they rotated my tires, they didn’t, I checked my air filter and yes it was still new but of the 5 screws that hold the cover on the filter 3 were missing. No biggie, we was just going to mention it at the Diagnostic appointment. Showed up to that & was told even though I made an appointment 3 weeks out they needed my jeep for 5-7 days and they could maybe get to it by then but no promises. Ok I could’ve dealt with that if I’d been told up front, but no. A few weeks later I called for some TPMS sensors, they have them but want $35 more than any other dealer in the area. I tried 3 times with this place, it’s convenient to my work, but I’m going out of my way to a reputable dealer from now on More
