There needs to be better communication between people and to know what is going on. I shouldn’t have had to call several times to get my vehicle back to me. to know what is going on. I shouldn’t have had to call several times to get my vehicle back to me. More

I called and spoke with Clarence about my issue before I made it to the shop and he gave me insight into what could be going on and informed me of warranty coverage. He also provided me with towing service made it to the shop and he gave me insight into what could be going on and informed me of warranty coverage. He also provided me with towing service that helped me get to shop. Once I arrived he checked me in and kept me informed of wait time and process. While I had to wait 4 hours, I left feeling like everything was taken care of and I was able to enjoy the rest of my day. Thank you! More
From the moment I made my appointment to getting the car after it was fixed, it was great. I had been calling different Jeep dealerships to fix my husband's used Jeep. And no dealership would help us becaus after it was fixed, it was great. I had been calling different Jeep dealerships to fix my husband's used Jeep. And no dealership would help us because it had not been serviced with them before and had so many miles on it. I finally called Don Davis Auto Group and they brought me in to take a look at it and said they could service it. They were able to fix everything except for the recall because they needed to order the part. We were expecting a huge service bill but it was quite manageable. The Jeep runs better than when we first bought it. We will keep taking it to Don Davis until the tires fall off. Thanks, Clarence and all the techs who fixed my husband's Jeep. You all did a fantastic job. Keep it up. More
The service rep recommended a $11,000 transmission replacement without an explanation of the problem. When I rejected that I was offered a $5000 rebuilt transmission.. when I asked what this issue was replacement without an explanation of the problem. When I rejected that I was offered a $5000 rebuilt transmission.. when I asked what this issue was with the transmission the problem described (separation of gears leading to grinding) was not the condition for which I brought in my Jeep. I took my Jeep to Aamco, where it was diagnosed to actually have an engine problem. The problem described (momentary loss of power when giving gas) matched what I had been experiencing. Bottom line the technician did not know what he was talking about and Don Davis tried to sell me the most expensive, unnecessary service possible. More
