I’m avoiding this place like the plague! Took my jeep in for an oil service & checkup Was told they couldn’t do a diagnostic at that time & I would have to make another appointment Took my jeep in for an oil service & checkup Was told they couldn’t do a diagnostic at that time & I would have to make another appointment 3 weeks out, ok did that. Got a call that I really needed to change my Engine air filter & cabin filter. Odd cause I just changed them myself a week prior. So I get it back, they did wash it which was nice for my $100+ oil change So supposedly they rotated my tires, they didn’t, I checked my air filter and yes it was still new but of the 5 screws that hold the cover on the filter 3 were missing. No biggie, we was just going to mention it at the Diagnostic appointment. Showed up to that & was told even though I made an appointment 3 weeks out they needed my jeep for 5-7 days and they could maybe get to it by then but no promises. Ok I could’ve dealt with that if I’d been told up front, but no. A few weeks later I called for some TPMS sensors, they have them but want $35 more than any other dealer in the area. I tried 3 times with this place, it’s convenient to my work, but I’m going out of my way to a reputable dealer from now on More
Originally went in for an oil change and 4 new tires with an appointment and price total over the phone. When speaking with Clarence let him know that on the website it still showed coupons online and even a an appointment and price total over the phone. When speaking with Clarence let him know that on the website it still showed coupons online and even allowed me to get the coupons via email that expired 11/30 (made my appointment on 12/28) and he says oh their expired but let me see what I can do. We get to our appointment and we wait for an 1-1/2hours then they come and tell us we need rotors ask them to get us a price quote for the rotors - 2 hrs later we get an overpriced quote of more than $1500 so I told him we will wait and just do the oil change and 4 new tires. 1-1/2hrs later their done and he comes with the total which is more than what was originally quoted so I tell him and he seems shocked and says let me see what I can do. Finally after waiting more than 5hrs at the dealership we checkout with the total just a little under what originally priced! So disappointed! More
