The process was smooth and Stephanie was wonderful. She explained everything, showed us all of the features of the jeep we were looking at and provided excellent follow up after the sale. There was a lack of communication and the price I was quoted continued to change. I have text messages, paperwork and emails to back all of this information. I came to get my car because they said it was ready. I go to pick it up and it was not ready and they changed how much it would cost to put it back together. My vehicle was running when I dropped out off there. Now I have to call a tow truck in order to pick up my vehicle because it is in pieces. More

I’m very upset that I was sold a vehicle with a water pump leaking straight off the lot. I contacted the dealer the day after purchase and never heard back from the service department as promised. I brou pump leaking straight off the lot. I contacted the dealer the day after purchase and never heard back from the service department as promised. I brought the vehicle in a month later to be tagged and only then was my situation even looked into. I have a lot of influence and would not recommend this dealership as it only seemed like the sale is what mattered. More
