If I could give a zero rating I would. This has absolutely been the worse purchase I have ever made with a dealership! I bought my 2022 Ram in Nov of 2024 and it has been in their shop mor This has absolutely been the worse purchase I have ever made with a dealership! I bought my 2022 Ram in Nov of 2024 and it has been in their shop more than I have been able to drive it. 3 days after I bought the truck the check engine light came on. The service department needed to change the oil anyhow (they did not have time to do it before I left the day I got it) and they just turned the light off of the truck. The light later came back on within the week and they were notified yet again and did exactly the same thing...no resolution. They say the offer offer a "Family Guarantee" but that has not been the case at all. It broke down while I was working out of state causing me to lose money and be out of pocket more money. It has been in the shop since the end of January 2025 and it is now mid March 2025. When you call to see what is going on they are never sure what the problem is because there is "no notes" in the system and someone will call back. I went in yesterday to speak to the manger and no manger ever came. I am absolutely appalled by the customer service and the lack of knowledge that the service department. Absolutely frustrated at this point! More
