I rated dealership a 5 based on the sales staff knowledge of the Jeep and the straightforward approach to our needs. No typical questions of "how much do you want your payments to be" etc... I traded my jeep and the process was quick and easy. However, my altimate dream car was to own a sports car,so when my sons situation changed and he was able to make monthy car payments. dan and walter once again; went to work and found a 2008 Hyundai Trburon. I instantly feel in love with this car and dan worked with due diligents with the don davis, finance team. I bought my used car there 3 years ago. I am a single woman and I received great service from all. My son has recently been injured and lost his right hand. Two days later, we find out that they can not do anything for us and he was so disappointed. I decided to come back to the dealer that treated me so good a few years ago and everyone bent over backwards to get us in a new truck within a few hours. The understanding and willingness to help us was outstanding. My son was elated again and drove away with a smile on his face and a new truck. I have bought 3 vans in the past from DD. I bought a new Chrysler van 2 weeks ago and discovered it did not have 2nd row stow seats. Traded it for another Chrysler yesterday.
