If customer service can be rated when buying a new car I would have to say friendliness and time consumed by the salesperson and staff would be the two main points. The entire staff was very nice and quite friendly, and our time consumed by the sales person and other staff persons was kept at an absolute minimum. My wife and I appreciate such actions. Nick never slowed down. Although it took some time to locate a car in the local area that fit our desires and to get it modified the entire task was done in less than two days. In the end the price of the auto with the modifications we requested worked out to be within our projected range, albeit at the top end. I can only rate the work performed on the modifications which we requested, and everything looks good and at this point works very well. The rating of the overall experience is easy. Everyone we met and worked with were great folks. The exception to that was the sales person. Nick Zaha is a wonderful person. He made our car buying an experience that can be described only as GREAT. We have called him a few times already concerning the car and he has responded promptly and with detail. He appears to care for customers before and after the sale, an attribute not held by many car sales people. More

I came to Don Davis to compare options and pricing with what was availabe at another dealership for the new Chrysler 300. Kristen immediately greeted me and listened to everything I wanted. After discussin what was availabe at another dealership for the new Chrysler 300. Kristen immediately greeted me and listened to everything I wanted. After discussing the options we found a model with everything I wanted except premium sound. Kristen discussed the options for premium sound with management and in the end I got a car with premium sound and even more options than I could imagine. All for the same price! I can't express how happy I am with the car and service I received working through Don Davis. I'll recommend this dealership and Kristen to anyone in need of a new car. More
When Ms. Rivera called to follow up about my last service for my '07 Jeep Commander and asked if I was pleased - I have to say I was very happy that for the first time owning my Jeep, I got in and out in pre for my '07 Jeep Commander and asked if I was pleased - I have to say I was very happy that for the first time owning my Jeep, I got in and out in predicted time. So when she asked if we would be interested in a new vehicle, it was her lucky day because my husband and I had already been talking about making a change. Although Ms. Rivera was new and it was apparent she was very nervous, she was very polite and tried very hard to find something we would like. So when she called in Mr. Andrew Simmons, I thought we were headed the wrong way and we would be forced into a vehicle we wouldn't like. I was wrong and I was very impressed at the end. I came into the dealership loving my Jeep Commander and convinced that the deal we wanted or the truck we wanted would never happen that day. After Andrew and Jessica showed us some trucks, I was very surprised that I was very interested in finding the right vehicle. As the financing came more into view I thought it would be another excruciating experience and that for sure - they would not make me happy. Vince was very friendly, very easy to talk to, and was very eager to help us. I was in for another surprise, and Vince got us where we wanted to be AND Vince helped Andrew and Jessica find the truck we wanted! One small suggestion to Andrew and Jessica - listen to the customer when they request specific needs and exclusions (we didn't want 4-wheel drive and we were shown 4x4's at first). More

Earl was absolutely helpful in encouraging me to buy the vehicle of my dreams. Although I did not quite have a solid grasp in operating a manual transmission vehicle (which was the type of vehicle i had be vehicle of my dreams. Earl took me on a test drive and gave me a lesson in driving a manual. This is a great display of customer service. The price I paid for the used vehicle was about the average going rate but i believe if i had taken more time to negotiate i could've gotten a better price. More
