If customer service can be rated when buying a new car I would have to say friendliness and time consumed by the salesperson and staff would be the two main points. Nick never slowed down. Although it took some time to locate a car in the local area that fit our desires and to get it modified the entire task was done in less than two days. In the end the price of the auto with the modifications we requested worked out to be within our projected range, albeit at the top end. I can only rate the work performed on the modifications which we requested, and everything looks good and at this point works very well. The rating of the overall experience is easy. Everyone we met and worked with were great folks. The exception to that was the sales person. Nick Zaha is a wonderful person. He made our car buying an experience that can be described only as GREAT. We have called him a few times already concerning the car and he has responded promptly and with detail. He appears to care for customers before and after the sale, an attribute not held by many car sales people. More

I came to Don Davis to compare options and pricing with what was availabe at another dealership for the new Chrysler 300. Kristen immediately greeted me and listened to everything I wanted. Kristen discussed the options for premium sound with management and in the end I got a car with premium sound and even more options than I could imagine. All for the same price!
