My name is Tracy Rust and I purchased a Dodge Durango on Aug. 10th 2011. I have purchased over 20 vehicles in my life time and have always absolutely despised the experience. Not this time! The experience of buying a car from Don Davis Auto was like no other. The great experience I had was mainly due to a man named Eric Timani. He was extremley pleasant, very knowlidgable and profesional. He was very straight forward without pressure which is a very unique and refreshing quality. For the first time a left a dealership after going through the car buying procsess without a massive headache. Thank you Eric Timani. Also, I not only will buy my next vehicle from Don Davis but I will send all of my family and friends as well. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Can you believe that they wrote the contract on the wrong car? I went to Don Davis to buy a used car. I was greeted by one of the friendliest group of professionals I have ever met. From the get go we were treated as though we were top rated customers. Since this wa one of the friendliest group of professionals I have ever met. From the get go we were treated as though we were top rated customers. Since this was our first visit there I was impressed to say the least. Everyone was attentive to our needs. I saw true smiles on everyone's face and they genuinely looked happy to be at work. Now let me tell you about my car. They bent over backwards to give me the best deal they could. I had been looking for over a month and had priced the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. They beat that price!!! My car is awesome!!! I would suggest to everyone I know to go to any of the Don Davis dealerships in Arlington Texas first and save the runaround you get from other dealers. They are the best. More
