I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE AT A DEALERSHIP THAN I HAD WITH DON DAVIS! I have driven 7 Dodge vehicles and I will never buy another one anywhere else. They had great patiences in showing me EVERY option I had. They pulled out every car I qualified for and they were willing to open them up to make sure they met my needs. I was offered time and time again to drive all of them even put car seats in to see if my kids would be comfortable. This entire dealership worked very hard to make sure the vehicle would fit my needs and be comfortable for me. They didn't try to throw me in something they needed to sell at the time. After taking excellent care of me all day they did paperwork on a vehicle I loved. I had an outside financial institution look it over (which they did not hesitate to let them) and the second opinion said I could not get a better deal. They had done everything in their power to make sure I was getting the best deal financially as well. On top of all this they never pressured me to make a decision instantly or sign right away. I took four days and did what I was comfortable with. I could go on for days, but I will sum it up by saying I am a huge fan of this dealership. All week I had been looking at your website searching for a vehicle I really wanted. After I made my appointment I found my Flex online! I was thrilled and immediately called Syed. I had forgotten to write down the stock number and he said " no problem I'll take care of it"! Within a few minutes I started searching for that stock number and could not find the same listing... Within an hour later Syed called me back to let me know he was personally picking it up for me and bringing it back to his lot just for me!! When I arrived at the dealership everyone was so kind. I wanted a new car, and after looking at some other brands and dealers, I returned to Don Davis. We were approached by Kristen Word, who asked if she could help us. I explained that I was a current Jeep Owner(04), and that I wanted a "New One". Kristen was very personable, sincere, and informative in her sales approach. I told Kristen that Ozzie Molina was my previous Salesperson, and she said that he was still working there. We headed toward the Offices, after looking at some different models, and we were met by Ozzie like we were Family. Both Kristen and Ozzie worked together to get me the very best deal that they could offer. I kept in touch with Kristen during the next week, and returned to Don Davis on 8-17-11. Ozzie worked with me, giving me a very fair deal for a Great Car(Compass). Still being there after listed closing hours, I asked Ozzie "How late do you stay?" Ozzie said, "Till the last sale is made and the last person leaves." That kind of caring will keep me coming back. I went in to look at the pre-owned 2011 Jeep Grand Cheroke Laredo. I arrived at opening time, and saw a sales representative walking into the building. I stopped and asked him for directions to the Cheroke Laredo. I arrived at opening time, and saw a sales representative walking into the building. I stopped and asked him for directions to the used car building. He asked me what I was looking for and upon hearing that, suggested he could sell me one for close to the same price. I said thanks but I wanted to look and the used cars. Before I reached the used car building, Nic Zaha came back and said he could meet my price. It took a little of finagling, but in the end they did meet the used car price. I bought a brand new SUV and drove away with it happy with my decision and the price I paid. Nic is a stand-up-guy and he went the distance for me. All the gentlemen I dealt with yesterday were courteous and professional. Not once did anyone try to fool me with monthly payment rates or high-pressure sales. I asked for and got the bottom line cost of the car. I am fortunate because I was able to write a check to pay for the car, but this is the first time in my life when a car dealer didn't try to talk me into financing or into paying a higher price than what I was willing to pay. If was a refreshing experience. The car I traded in for my new, I bought back in October 1997. Then, I bought a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from this same dealership. That model year was the last to receive favorable reviews from Edmunds.com and others. That was until this redesigned 2011 model, which has very received favorable ratings from all the respected vehicle raters. I've only had it for one day, but have high hopes for years of reliable driving. Welcome back Jeep ??(???)?? More
