Wow! where to begin ?...My wife and i stopped in at Don Davis as our last dealership to visit that day. We were in the market for a new mini van and knew that w our budget the lower end model dodge grand caravan was what we were gonna have to settle for..well when we made it to the area where the minivans were w discovered that they didn't have the lower end model and were preparing to leave disappointed when Mr. Eddie Elqutob walked across the street and introduced himself.He asked what we were looking for and we explained to him what our situation was and he asked for an opportunity to try to get us into the fully loaded grand caravan that was on the lot. i told him that we didn't have time to haggle and i had already done my research and knew whre i had to be after all the "pencil whipping" was done and i didn't believe w that much moe vehicle that it was possible and he asked again for the chance to see if he could make it happen and promised a quick process w no haggling because he was gonna offer us the best deal he possibly could right away....i have purchased 7 new vehicles in my life time and each purchase felt like a war when it came to negotiating a fair deal but not this time. Eddie was professional and courteous the entire time and to his credit he kept his word and my wife and i were pleasantly suprised when he came back with what the payments and the length of those payments were as i had already calculated what it needed to be in order for us to get a "good" deal. After that we were processed thru the financing dept very quickly and drove home our new van!...i will definately be referring all my friends and family members to come see Eddie for all of their future purchases More

My dad was at the dealership purchasing the Dodge RT for himself and gave me a call and said that his salesman "Eddie" thought he might be able to help me get into another Dodge. He called me back with some good news on the Dodge 1550 Express. I liked what I heard and was eventually able to get over to the dealership from Flower Mound only to find that I did not really like giving up on several of the options I had on my Lone Star Ram. I was ready to leave when Eddie said "let me show you one more over here." I took a look at it and really liked what I saw right away. Again, I thought there was no way for me to get into a truck like this without having to take on a huge monthly payment. Boy was I wrong. Eddie was able to get me into a 2012 Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi for $5 a month more than what I was currently paying. Not only that, here's the best part, I was in and out of the dealership within a total of an hour. As I type this I am still in shock over what happened. My experience with Eddie at Don Davis Auto Group was outstanding and I appreciate the wonderful customer service, patience, and "can-do" attitude.
