I went in to get some paperwork for the purchase we made last year for my husband. I was just looking at options to trade my car in. On my recent visit to this dealership, I actually was going to just look. I have been wanting a New Chyrsler 300. Previous dealer I dealt with was Samuel Dogde did not want to work with me. Theo approached us from the dark, it was about 8 PM so they were probably closing soon and still allowed us to test drive a Jeep. He was genuinely courteous and once he new what we wanted he didn't try to push anything different on us. Theo contacted my husband on Thursday, 2/9 and asked if we could come in on Saturday, 2/11. The whole process was pleasant, they meet our needs from the trade in value for our truck, the payment bracket we asked for and interest rate, to the exact type of Jeep we wanted. On my recent car search I had been to many other dealerships and did not receive near as great of service that I received here. I stopped by to look at a durango they had on the used lot and a jeep dealerships and did not receive near as great of service that I received here. I stopped by to look at a durango they had on the used lot and a jeep Cherokee, ken first took me to his office to find exactly what I wanted and how much I was going to spend and all the details. I went in alone without my husband so I was nervous doing this all alone for the first time, but he made me comfortable and it a overall great experience. I ended up getting a brand new Cherokee because they did not have any in the used lot and Ken worked to get me the right price and in with the financial quick. Overall I was there 2 hrs and that made me so happy being able to get and out WITH a new car! He made sure the car was clean and filled when I returne to drop off my car. Overall I would recommend this dealer and salesman to my friends family nearly anyone.. I'll surely be back! More

I have always previously dreaded most dealer experiences even after I knew what I wanted to purchase and agreed on price having purchased multiple cars from the same dealer before. The process historically would still take hours to get off the lot with pressure to buy warranties and paint clear coats while the finance guy tries hard to upsell. I was referred to Eddie through a friend and told how easy and efficient the process is at Don Davis. After our test drive, within minutes, our payoff was calculated price and interest rate and trade in settled. The paperwork to purchase was done under an hour easy. Most important though was the price given for trade in as well as the cost of the new vehicle. I felt the price was very fair and in line wholesale pricing provided by many websites. When I returned a day later to have the car detailed, I noticed a demo SUV marked $11k under MSRP. When I showed some interest to Eddie but stated my time was too tight to have my wife test drive and consider, he drove the vehicle to my house for her to see and we ended up doing the paperwork at my kitchen table. I have never been served in this way before by a dealer in 30 years of buying cars! I am in sales myself and a huge service critic, true service is a lost art, but no one told Eddie and Don Davis.
