Mr. Larry Simpson was very helpful in assisting me, had a great smile and a great attitude, also introduce me to Walter M, sales manager. Awesome experiance ! Called Don Davis about 2 weeks ago and spoke with Eddie..We discussed the type of vehilce and equipment package i was in the market for. Eddie did an outstanding job in locating several choices which closely matched what I was shopping for. Since none of the possible matches were exactly what I was shopping for Eddie offered to order one directly from Chrysler... I took a couple of days to mull over my choices, again visted with Eddie... this time i modified my equipment package and Eddie found the perfect vehicle... matching what i was looking with a couple of extras ! I then took my trade-in down to Don David for Eddie to have it appraised... within an hour, Eddie had my final numbers ready.... they were much better then i had expected....he then walked us to the finance department... we were out the door in no time, driving home in our new Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland ! This was the best new car buying experiance I have had... it was simple, fast, honest... My husband and I visited Don Davis not knowing what kind of vehicle we were going to purchase. We had the greatest pleasure of meeting our salesperson, Theo. We received the best service that we have ever experienced in purchasing our brand new 2012 Dodge Charger, which we are completely satisfied with. Theo greeted us from the minute we arrived and was with us in every step of the process in selecting a vehicle, test driving it and purchasing it. I have never felt so at ease stepping foot into a dealership however Theo took all of my concerns away. It was so easy to do business with your dealership because of your employee. If it wasn't for Theo we would probably be without a brand new vehicle today. Theo showed me how the vehicle drives and operates especially since I have never bought a brand new vehicle in my entire adult life. I'm blown away on how great Larry Simpson was attentive to my needs. I felt comfortable talking to him the minute we met. He took his time to ensure all my questions were answered about the vehicle.
