Let's start at from the top. I came to Don Davis to service my 2010 Dodge Challenger. Just a normal service check up. After dropping off my car with Joel (who by the way was very friendly and helpful at drop off) I headed over to the new car sales to kill time while I waited on my ride to pick me up. That is where I met Ozzie Molina. He asked if I needed help & I told him I was just killing time and getting my car serviced. He asked about what I had and how I liked it. I told him I loved it but had a 3 year old son and two doors was kind of pain. That is when he recommended the Charger. I said I wasn't really in the market for a new car. He said since I had some time to kill I might as well at least take a look. Well, one look and I was hooked. I told Ozzie I wanted to keep my cost down so he took me over to the used lot and we looked at a 2011 Charger Base model. We exchanged info and I left. About an hour later Ozzie called me up saying he had someone take a look at my 2010 Challenger and he could get me $??K and he even pulled the amount I owed and gave me that info. Now my interest had peaked. He came at me with a very strong offer for my car right out of the gate. I appreciate that. While on the phone I told him I really wasn't that excited about going from a base Challenger to a Base Charger and if I made the move I wanted more bells and whistles. Immediately he recommended two 2012 Chargers that he had discounted. Told me what the MSRP was and what he could take off, which was about $?K. I told him I wanted to do some research and would talk with him the next day. The next day I decided I wanted to drive the 2012 Charger R/T he recommended. As soon as I showed up Ozzie dropped everything and we took the car out for a test drive. He was very informative on all the features and showed me how the Uconnect worked. Ozzie didn't pressure me or push me into anything which again, I appreciate. From there we came back and I said I'd like to see some numbers on this. I wasn't comfortable signing all those papers before agreeing on buying the car which was not a problem for Ozzie. He still almost immediately set me up with Mike. Mike had run the numbers and we came back at a monthly payment a little higher than I was comfortable with. I explained that Mike and said I wanted to discuss with my wife and again Mike was not pushy and didn't put pressure on me. I left and about 2 hours later Ozzie called me just to check in. I explained to him that we were about $30 a month off and that if I could get to where I wanted I would pull the trigger (assuming the wife didn't object). He said he would check. About 10 minutes later I get a call back and Ozzie tells me he has hit the number we needed to hit. I come back up to Don Davis and Ozzie and Mike set up me. Mike was very helpful in explaining the forms and answered all my questions. We even had a few laughs making fun of Ozzie!! It took me maybe 35 minutes from the time I got there to sign papers to the time I was driving off in my new car. Bottomline is I will absolutely recommend Don Davis to any of my friends and family. Don Davis Dodge did a phenomenal job from start to finish! Hell, I came in to service my 2010 Dodge Challenger and ended up buying a 2012 Dodge Charger....enough said! More

I shopped two other Jeep dealers prior to visiting Don Davis. One of them was $7000 higher on the same vehicle, the other didn't bother to call me back for days. Eddie was very patient, extremely knowledgeable and very honest. His faith in the product was evident and his confidence that he could get the deal done was calming and reassuring. Eddie had no problem with my extended test drive and he truly wanted me to be comfortable with my decision to purchase. Once I decided that it was the vehicle I wanted, he came back with the exact deal he spoke of in the first 5 minutes of meeting him. There was no back and forth with sales manager, no pressure, no dog and pony show what-so-ever, just a great price that actually fit exactly what I had asked him for! I couldn't have asked for more. Vince Razuri took care of my financing and was also very knowledgeable, friendly and a consummate professional. There were no hidden items or surprises on my invoice and no pressure to purchase this package or that package. The deal on the Grand Cherokee was so good I was able to add an extended warranty and maintenance plan and still be under what I intended on paying for the vehicle. This is my second purchase from Don Davis Auto Group and I believe I will be a customer for life. I came away with a better than expected deal with absolutely no hassle. - What more could anyone ask for. Thank you Eddie and Vince! I love my new Jeep! More
I have been trying to buy a Jeep Wrangler for three years now. Visited a lot of dealership, some terrible and some "ok" experiences, but nothing like Don Davis. I began a search for a 2012 Jeep Sahara in early January and my insurance company car buying services, directed my husband and I to Meador dealership in Fort Worth. Although they were very helpful, I was not pleased with them as much as in our past experiences we had in purchasing at least 4 or 5 cars since 1974 with Don Davis dealership in Arlington, Tx. So I chose to go over to Don Davis directly after leaving Meador and was greated by Kristin Word. She was very professional but had a little more uniquenss in her ability to make me feel welcome plus a gracious attitude of being there to assist me. Refreshing to instantly connect with her versus an agent, who may have an air of playing hard ball. I was impressed with her intelligence and sence of correctness and most importantly her ability to listen to the options I was looking for in a 2012 JK. After this my husband and I were unsure of which Sahara we would like to purchase, the 2 door or unlimited or if perhaps we should even trade in our car at this time. Kristin allowed us to have this space but stayed connected, along with sales manager, Aaron Rocamontes. In search of viewing the exterior color of Black Forest Green, my husband and I drove to a dealership, who had one listed on their website but with different options than we wanted, which was Allen Samuels. The sales agent was very nice and helpful, but there was still something about Kristin Word and our history with Don Davis over the past decades that made our decision to purchase through Don Davis dealership. Our final decision this past weekend, was to find a Unlimited in Black Forest Green + manual transmission + supplemental side air bags for safety + a few other options. This Jeep was located through the jeep website as being at a dealership in Dallas. I called Kristin and she went beyond the call of duty in representing us, as the car had other dealerships desiring to make a trade for this JK also. I am not sure another sales agent would have made us feel as secure through the process. Along with Sales Manager, Aaron Rocamntes and financial agent, Vince. Don Davis has much to be proud of and is as trust worthy as any dealership can possibly be. It is an honor to do business with them and my husband & I will be sending anyone we know looking for a vehicle to this dealership and to advise them to request Kristin Word, as their agent. More
Overall the experience was good as far as customer service, price and quality of the vehicle. Eddie did not go over many of the functions of the truck and I thought I would be able to look up anything service, price and quality of the vehicle. Eddie did not go over many of the functions of the truck and I thought I would be able to look up anything I needed in the owners manual. Got home and low and behold there was no manual in the truck. When I talked with Eddie he said on the next trade-in of a 2010 Ram 1500 he would get the manual and give it to me. Like that's going to happen. I also think when I pay $20,000 for a truck even though is pre-owned I think the dealer should provide 2 sets of keys. When I traded my car in, I gave them an owners manual and 2 sets of keys. Working with Michael Nienhaus was very easy and I felt very comfortable with him. Maybe Eddie could take some people skill lessons from him. More

I went in to get some paperwork for the purchase we made last year for my husband. I was just looking at options to trade my car in. Sales and F&I worked with me to show me several options of vehicles tha last year for my husband. I was just looking at options to trade my car in. Sales and F&I worked with me to show me several options of vehicles that met the criteria I had in mind, without pushing for the sale immediately.
