The overall process was great, once I got to Jake Dolen and Tada Mhlanga...they were exactly what everyone wants when they buy a new car. Both Jake and Tada were helpful and informative thru the entire pr and Tada Mhlanga...they were exactly what everyone wants when they buy a new car. Both Jake and Tada were helpful and informative thru the entire process. Jorge Lara in finance was great getting everything wrapped up with the car deal. While the process finished perfectly, the beginning was not so smooth...I initially delt with Marcus Buster and Greg McCoy and getting info (correct info) was difficult to say the least, as was getting returned phone calls...thankfully Greg is off on Wednesdays and Jake takes his place and after that switch, the deal went smoothly. I highly recommend Jake, Tada and Jorge anytime you need a new car. More

Very ,very bad sales people. Absolutely negative and undertrained!! Financed a truck (RAM) after trading my son's truck with nearly 7K-13K positive equity. Sales person was very Absolutely negative and undertrained!! Financed a truck (RAM) after trading my son's truck with nearly 7K-13K positive equity. Sales person was very new and inexperienced. He did not wanted us to know about the dealer and MSRP discounts being offered till June 2nd. ( discounts ranging from 8000-14500. ) Always said No to everything. Did not wanted us to get a deal. He was actually surprised and shocked once we got a deal after 7 to 8 hours of negotiations. Walked out couple times though. Two weeks later went there again to get another truck( with basic features) ,because of dealer and MSRP discounts. Another new salesman ,Marcus, treated us like we were uninvited there. He actually did not even welcomed us. Managers did not give a hoot. Never even came up with a counter offer. Salesman basically rudely told us to leave by saying No ,not happening !!!! Buyers be aware ! This place has Sharks ,ready to eat you alive ! Went to Volkswagen and got a great deal in less than 2 hours , on a 2025 Tiguan . More
