I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited on 7/2/2022. I went in with my own approved financing and $13500 cash down. 5 weeks later i come to find out that Clawson never submitted my auto loan a 7/2/2022. I went in with my own approved financing and $13500 cash down. 5 weeks later i come to find out that Clawson never submitted my auto loan and that I had to go back in and sign new contracts. My interest rate went up and 10 days later I received a letter stating clawson was canceling the contract and I had to surrender my car. I again secured financing through another lender and suffered dozens of inquires on my credit. The new lender wouldn’t finalize the loan since I had Possession of the Jeep for 2 months. I have secured financing twice, both times Clawson has sabotaged it. They have made no effort or good faith gestures to resolve the issue. Instead they have bullied me, barracked my vehicle in not allowing me to leave and since have posted the vehicle I purchased and have in my possession online for sale on their website. This smells like fraud? More

Buyers beware! Not only does this dealership not make your buying experience enjoyable they are also very shady. Check the tops of your vehicles for dents that look to be hail damage or something. I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra for $36,000 and the truck is complete garbage. I always maintain and take extremely good care of my vehicles and this thing is crap. I purchased every warranty they had to offer as well as extended factory warranty. When driving the brakes and power steering go out all electrical goes crazy and sometimes vehicle dies. When brought to the attention of the scam artists at Clawson Truck center they told me its an AS IS Sale. Way to back your products. Also they had replaced the ECM prior to me purchasing the truck. I wonder why. Probably chasing the problem that I am having. Please go elsewhere and make a good buy. More

Of course they gave us the run around and said they "tried" fixing it, I did some investigating myself and all they did was take it to the dealership for them to just leave my truck in the parking lot. I told Mike and Tino about the issues and concerns but like I mentioned earlier nothing but excuses and run arounds. its been a long journey and my truck is still having issues. Mike is a crook. So is Tino! Please pass this dealership up, go to another. More

Don't buy a car here I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. I spoke with David who sold me the car and Tito who worked with our loan. They Said the car was honda inspected and passed blah blah blah. Ever since I got the car it's been nothing but problems. The first day transmission is slipping and sensors going off. Took over 1 week for someone to call us back. There was Electrical, transmission, and a.c. unit, sensors, and steering issues. Deductible is 100 each time we bring it in for "checkup". I told them I did not want to pay deductible for the car. I told them I just got the car and the same day we got the car it was having problems. Tito says well you bought warranty for it. So what? I don't want to pay nothing. You sold us a messed up car. As if it was ok just because I bought warranty everything is ok? You sold me a messed up car and all you can say is you have warranty. Not my problem kinda of attitude. I checked my warranty I bought from them. Turned out the coverage we thought we got wasn't the same one we negotiated for. I negotiated for a longer warranty but they made it only one year because they lower our payments while cutting our warranty. I decided to not go back to Honda. What else will Honda pull? I don't not trust them anymore. Overall I'd like to see more honesty and integrity from this place but its too late. It was our fault for trusting them. don't trust them. David and tito are there for a check. Not to help people. They'll even give you a I sell cars to my family and they'll gloat how they're good honest people. They are sales people not your friend or family. Reread your contracts before signing they will flip on you and negotiate your warrenty coverage into the final loan. Be careful and re-read before signing. Don't be dreamwashed. "Eager to sign the contract". Now I'm looking for a trustworthy dealership to take this "certified inspected" car to fix. Don't shop at this place. They will sell you a unsafe car. Worst experience ever to feel. Also looking for a extended warrenty on top of what we got from them. Do not but a warrenty from them. Go online. My dream car went away pretty fast. The sad thing is we sold our old car just to get this one. If the problems keeps happening ill just have to let it go.
