I would like to express my concerns regarding my recent experience with this employee. I found the interaction to be unprofessional, as I was advised not to return my vehicle to the dealership despite it b experience with this employee. Representative do not listen to customer complain. We show the difference and still do not hear the difference . Had my break pads inspection last year. Oct 2022 Front breaks were 6mm Rear breaks 4mm They recommended to replace my rear breaks Today July 2023 Had my rear break pads replacement don Oct 2022 Front breaks were 6mm Rear breaks 4mm They recommended to replace my rear breaks Today July 2023 Had my rear break pads replacement done. And the report says Front breaks 8mm Rear breaks 12mm. My front break pads grew after 8 months? Called them and told me maybe the last year inspection was wrong. That being said. I dont need to replace my rear pads. I just wasted money. More

Brought our car in for an oil change and they botched the job which lead to this oil spill all over our driveway upon return home.
