Representative do not listen to customer complain. We show the difference and still do not hear the difference . He said the car is second hand but its only a month old and under warranty its very noi We show the difference and still do not hear the difference . Had my break pads inspection last year. Oct 2022 Front breaks were 6mm Rear breaks 4mm They recommended to replace my rear breaks Today July 2023 Had my rear break pads replacement don Oct 2022 Front breaks were 6mm Rear breaks 4mm They recommended to replace my rear breaks Today July 2023 Had my rear break pads replacement done. And the report says Front breaks 8mm Rear breaks 12mm. My front break pads grew after 8 months? Called them and told me maybe the last year inspection was wrong. That being said. I dont need to replace my rear pads. I just wasted money. More
Brought our car in for an oil change and they botched the job which lead to this oil spill all over our driveway upon return home. Just bring it in. Oh sorry busy. I called on Friday and Classic Toyota Service for needed service. I wanted to make an appt on Saturday my only day off. I said no appt necessary for this repair? "Nope just bring it in". So traveled from Wauconda to Waukegan Classic Toyota which was 45 minutes. Arrived at 11:30 AM. Service guy said too busy can't do it today. But I called. Sorry. Well they wasted half my Saturday. Now I know it happens to everyone because they won't take appts. I've decided now to never use Classic Toyota again for service. They have no consideration for customers. More
