December 16, 2020. I was sent to Classic by my insurance company (Ethos)to get a wiring issue fixed. I had an appt for 8am. Miranda was my assigned service person. We were told they could not give me a loan company (Ethos)to get a wiring issue fixed. I had an appt for 8am. Miranda was my assigned service person. We were told they could not give me a loaner car since they didn't have one available. (They had one the week before when appointment was made). We took car in the night before. Next day we were told they had to others come in and "couldn't get to it until late". (Why did we make an appointment?) So, we go pick up car, at 6:30 pm, and were told the part to fix the issue was $10,000, and they would have to check with my insurance company. January 14th, 2021, after multiple messages left, finally got Miranda on the phone. She said she contacted insurance and they would not pay for the part nor the work. I went to my normal place we buy cars and get work done. They had sold me the car, and sent me to Classic as my issue was a manufacturer defect. They called my insurance. We were told they had not had 1 call from Classic regarding my vehicle. At that time they gave the ok to take it anywhere to get it fixed and they would pay. They also paid for a loaner while mine is being worked on. So to summarize....Classic made an appointment with me, and failed to do work in a timely manner. Classic did not even try to contact my insurance to see if it covered work done. Classic LIED about contacting my insurance company. I hope everyone realizes this is not a good place to do any kind of service with. I surely would not buy a car from a place with this service department. More
I bought my new Rav4 hybrid at Classic Toyota in Tyler, TX. Randy, Lisa & Sara were all so great and everyone else. It was a wonderful experience and easy and smooth. Classic Toyota is an exceptional dealership. They excel in customer service. Beginning with Conner Adams, Sales Consultant, who worked with us to find the perfect vehicle; Blake Chandler, Business Manager in customer service. Beginning with Conner Adams, Sales Consultant, who worked with us to find the perfect vehicle; Blake Chandler, Business Manager, who helped with finance; then Kennedy Roden, Delivery Specialist. Even more amazing was how Brent Hallford, manager, helped with an issue after the car had been purchased. Some dealerships do not care after the sale but Brent Hallford stepped up and resolved the issue, he was awesome. All of the individuals were knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring. I highly recommend Classic Toyota. They go the extra mile to make sure your experience is awesome! More
I would recommend Adam Miller at Toyota Classic in Tyler. He was very helpful in answering every question I had. I had two trade ins and he helped me through the process. NIGHTMARE TRYING TO GET SOME ONE TO RETURN YOUR CALL! I HAD AN AFTERMARKET REMOTE START PLACED BY THE DEALERSHIP, IT WILL MALFUNCTION, DEALERSHIP SAYS NOTHING IS WRONG WITH IT. SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE IT I HAD AN AFTERMARKET REMOTE START PLACED BY THE DEALERSHIP, IT WILL MALFUNCTION, DEALERSHIP SAYS NOTHING IS WRONG WITH IT. SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE IT CALL NEXT WEEK....... NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE-5 CALLS IN ONE DAY, THEN NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS... THIS IS A NIGHTMARE. THEIR SERVICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE! I AM CONTEMPLATING NEVER BUYING ANOTHER TOYOTA BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS SO HORRIBLE! More

After my truck of 10 years broke down, I was not looking forward to going through the car buying process again. Adam and Classic Toyota went above and beyond making it a totally painless process. Came in a forward to going through the car buying process again. Adam and Classic Toyota went above and beyond making it a totally painless process. Came in about $90 lower than what we had given them as our monthly payment budget. The car is way more than I expected to get for what we were looking to pay. I would definitely recommend Adam Reynolds and Classic Toyota. More
