It was a no-pressure environment, which I also appreciated. I ultimately wanted a car in a color that was not in stock, and the dealership had my selection delivered within one day. I also liked that Justan oriented me to the new car, after I purchased it...including setting up my bluetooth. Many personnel at the dealership introduced themselves to me, including the manager, Jim Hudson. I also received follow-up calls, to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Literally everything was perfect, and that never happens. His colleagues Nick and Ryan assisted on the day of the transaction, and all three gentlemen were not only professional and clearly knowledgeable, everyone were simply the nicest folks you could ask to do business with. Service manager has a bad attitude and refused to work on my car because I rated his service bad. I took my car for an Oil change and because my car was leaking hydraulic fluid, they did the Oil change becau my car because I rated his service bad. I took my car for an Oil change and because my car was leaking hydraulic fluid, they did the Oil change because I paid but they refused to fix the hydraulic leak because I am cover under warranty so his excuse was because I rated their first service Bad. I only have 5000 miles on my car and is already leaking hydraulic fluid. More
