And not only up to and including the sale, but after the sale as well. His efforts expanded to locating the exact vehicle I was looking for, and getting it within an expeditious time frame. Literally everything was perfect, and that never happens. His colleagues Nick and Ryan assisted on the day of the transaction, and all three gentlemen were not only professional and clearly knowledgeable, everyone were simply the nicest folks you could ask to do business with. I traveled 80 miles one way to deal with the folks at Classic, and it was worth every mile of travel. Service manager has a bad attitude and refused to work on my car because I rated his service bad. I took my car for an Oil change and because my car was leaking hydraulic fluid, they did the Oil change becau my car because I rated his service bad. I took my car for an Oil change and because my car was leaking hydraulic fluid, they did the Oil change because I paid but they refused to fix the hydraulic leak because I am cover under warranty so his excuse was because I rated their first service Bad. I only have 5000 miles on my car and is already leaking hydraulic fluid. More

I traded in my 2003 Elantra for a used kia Optima last week. My husband and I just had another kid and were torn between the Optima and the Sonata.
