Kashif Mirza is an easy person to talk to. Kashif was eager to get questions. He would answer and look for more questions. There were few questions because he told me almost everything a new buyer should know. I could not get the compass to come up on the rear view mirror. I followed the manual's directions several times. I was upset enough to Email Kashif and ask for a new mirror that would work. He replied promptly and asked me to come in and see him. Toyota changed the location of the compass to the center consul after the manual was published for the 2017 Highlander. Kashif asked again if I had any questions knowing it was 15 years since I bought a car. Like driving a computer, I did not get to all the features yet. No problems yet after 100 miles. We were first met in the sales lot, on a rainy, cold afternoon by a smiling and cordial sales rep, Courtney Spencer. We told her we were just looking and possibly had a question or two. She patiently walked with us as we compared and asked questions regarding several of the 4Runners on the lot. Having only been employed for 2 and 1/2 weeks, we were impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the products she represented. She directly answered many of our questions and offered to quickly go get the others. After we decided on the particular vehicle we wanted to further pursue, she introduced us to Brandon Marshall, the Sales Floor Mgr. He was super professional, knowledgeable and engaging. Never once did we feel pressured or forced to do anything. Brandon and Coutney worked as a team to answer absolutely every question we had. Then, after several offers and counter-offers, we came to agreed upon terms and, wa-la, we had a deal. Next, Danielle was asked to go over all the operating specifics. She was thorough and informative , covering everything and then some. Later, she would help us with hands-on demonstrating how to understand and use all the wonderful features the vehicle possessed. Danielle was super nice, super knowledgeable and super helpful. Then it was Finance, where normally they make you feel like you've been clobbered over the head to purchase their warranties. Not this time , a super likable young man named Brad, laid out our options, expertly, explaining every detail. The choice was ours. It was absolutely the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Without any reservation, I highly recommend Classic Toyota in Tyler. More

He checked it out, had it fixed and did so in a short amount of time. Every time I go to Classic Toyota for service, I never feel like I'm going to have anything but a pleasant experience, and I have been going there for 10 years. Prior to that I was always very leery of dealership service departments because I rarely had a good experience. I am thankful that isn't the case with Classic Toyota. More
Car wash I bought a used 2014 Toyota Corolla S. 6 months ago ( March 2016 ). When everything all said and done I was told that if I ever needed a car wash any I bought a used 2014 Toyota Corolla S. 6 months ago ( March 2016 ). When everything all said and done I was told that if I ever needed a car wash any day of the week just bring it and they will take care of it for me. So, earlier this afternoon I called just to see if it's ok to bring the car for a car wash. I was told that they would have to run my plate so they could find out who the sales person was then they would wash the car for me. So I went. Today was supposedly my first time getting a car wash since the day I bought the car from them but guess what? I was denied. They told me that would only wash the car if I get any service from them. This is really unacceptable. Why tell the customer something if you can't honor it. Getting a free car wash is not the issue. Being nice to customers at first so would buy the vehicle and telling lies is the problem. Toyota is a proven vehicle and I was even planning to get another one from them. But after what happened today not only I won't recommend this dealership but I WONT EVEN BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM NOT EVEN A FILTER. More

Leo Melesio- wonderful experience!! I was in the market for a larger vehicle that would accommodate 2 large car seats for my new twins. I originally went to carmax thinking I'd apprecia I was in the market for a larger vehicle that would accommodate 2 large car seats for my new twins. I originally went to carmax thinking I'd appreciate their 'no haggle' approach. However I found them to be unprofessional and not knowledgeable. Luckily I didn't stop my search there. I found a potential highlander on cars.com and gave classic Toyota a call. I was put in touch with Leo Melesio. He was EXCEPTIONAL: extremely knowledgeable, polite, and conscious of my limited time. Everything you'd want when buying a car!! The process was very low stress, painless, and was happy with the final offer and walked out with my beautiful Highlander that I know our family will love for years to come. Thank you Leo!!! More

Kudos to Marco Hernandez who steered me to Classis, Jessie Torres for providing me with an extremely pleasant shopping experience and last, Ruben Rodriguez who brought it all together at the end. Also, I surveyed the people waiting while they were having their cars serviced and all 5 of them gave Classic great reviews for: length of wait time, service done right the first time, being treated respectfully and great customer service. Go in with a positive attitude that you are going to be treated fairly. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Classic! More
Scratched the car, refused to help, and were rude! These are large and deep scratches that are obviously new (please see attached photos). When she brought this to the the attention of the service advisor, Jerry O.Brien and the manager they both told me they would not accept responsibility and were very rude to her. This is ridiculous and I am livid and my wife is upset. You just lost business from two loyal customers that have coming there for over a year. More
