I was looking for a new Rav4 with specific features. Only two cars met the criteria within 100 miles. My parents have always purchased from Classic Honda so I went qwith Classic. When I contacted them, the car was still on the boat coming from Japan. Phil McGrath was great and kept me informed of each part of the trip. Things progressed along and I went to Classic in person to get an idea of my trade in value. I appreciated the no nonsense process. I started working with Lissanndra at this point, my sales person. She also kept me pdated on things. When the day came, I worked with Billy Ashmore.for the finances. I jwas very pleasant to deal with and not too aggressive on the cross sales. Lissandra also took the time to go over the car with me and help me configure things. Overall, it was a wonderful experience compared to past experiences. More
