My mom and I went to Toyota of Henderson "just to look" at some of the Tacomas they had in stock. Even though it was late and they were close to closing, we were still greeted by our salesman Nuno. Because it was late we declined to do a test drive that night, so he gave us his business card and encouraged us to come back. We were so impressed by him that we came back about a week later. He took us on a test drive and then we went in to start negotiations. David Saporita, the internet manager, handled that and we were very impressed. He was polite and friendly but was to the point and got our deal handled quickly and professionally and we feel we got the best deal possible on the truck and on our trade. We were very impressed by him and the service we received and drove off the lot that day with our new 2010 Tacoma. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Everyone was very pleasant to work with, the atmosphere was great, and we were very pleased. We would definitely go back to this dealership when we need to purchase a new car in the future. Ask for David! He's a fantastic young man and will take care of you. Toyota of Henderson is by far the best dealership I've been to in a long time. More
We bought a used car from Toyota of Henderson and in the two weeks following have discovered that they lied to us about everything. They were blatantly misleading regarding some of the maintenance issues and removed as many "optional" parts as possible (like the cover to the hatchback. This car is only just over a year old, so it is still in good shape. They also completely lied to us about paperwork, and now the DMV is pushing back -- and claiming that no reputable dealer would tell us what Toyota of Henderson told us. We have tried to get back in touch with them, but now they're not taking our calls -- imagine that! I would never recommend doing business with this dealership. They'll tell you anything to make a sale. We were as diligent as possible, and we even know a bit about cars -- I would hate to send my mom or dad there, who don't know anything. Bottom line -- buyer beware!! More
I was very pleased and purchased a new car. Watch out for the Kelly Blue Book trade value. The missed the multi cd and moon roof which would have add $300.00 to the trade value of my old car. On Saturday 2-16-2008 We went to Toyota of Henderson, N.C. to purchase a New 2008 Toyota Camry XLE. The Camry we wanted had been sold the night before. Toyota of Henderson said there was a like Camry at N.C. to purchase a New 2008 Toyota Camry XLE. The Camry we wanted had been sold the night before. Toyota of Henderson said there was a like Camry at another dealer they could get the first of the week. We were to get it on Wednesday 2-20-2008. We paid a $500.00 deposit. When we got home we learned from the internet that the 2009 Camry was available. We called early Monday and advised them not to get the 2008 Camry from another dealer. When we were working the deal on the 2008 Camry nothing was mentioned about 2009 being available.They said they could get us a 2009 Camry for an aditional fee. We did not want to put that amount in a Camry and asked to cancel the deal. Toyota Of Henderson said they have had a policy for 15 years that they do not return deposits and they were not going to give my $500.00 back. If Henderson Toyota had advised me the 2008 Camry was not the lastest model available I would have been ok with that. I feel that I should get my $500. deposit because I got nothing for it. I informed them early Monday before they had any expense going after the Camry at another dealer. Do not pay a deposit to Toyota of Henderson because it will be gone forever. KVH More
The sales staff helped me to find exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted and didn't try to pressure me into buying something that I didn't want or additional options that I wasn't interested in. The salsesperson kept me updated on the status of the vehicle that I wanted from the dealership and gave me a realistic delivery timeframe. I haven't bought a vehicle from this dealership yet but I'm leaning towards buying from them. Thus far, my experience with this dealership has been extremely pleasant. More
