Was it because I'm a woman or were you just greedy I received a coupon in the mail for a $14.99 oil change and 5 point inspection. During the intake, I told my "service advisor," #5290, that I had the I received a coupon in the mail for a $14.99 oil change and 5 point inspection. During the intake, I told my "service advisor," #5290, that I had the coupon and presented it to him. He looked at the coupon, then proceeded to do something on the computer. He then told me that my oil change would be a little more because my 2013 Scion XB with 36,000 miles REQUIRED synthetic oil. Really????? I said okay even though I was thrown by what my trusted "service advisor" said. I told my husband as soon as I got in the car. I thought that maybe I had received synthetic unknowingly at some point, so I decided to check my service records. There was NO indication that my car had ever received synthetic oil. My husband called the service center and spoke with a very nice gentleman and explained the situation. The representative told him that #5290 should have never told me that my car required synthetic oil because it does not. He added that the service technician would have never put synthetic in because the oil type is clearly displayed on the oil cap. Hmmmmm. So, I wonder if my husband had not called and the service technician used the correct regular oil if #5290 would have left me believing that my car needed and received synthetic oil and charged me as such. Integrity is everything, people. Please remember that as you deal with customers - whether they are male or female. More

They had the car I wanted so I stuck through it but I shouldn't have. The sales person was horrible and rude. Drove the car home then to store a few blocks from the dealership. The car wouldn't start. Was stranded with a car i just bought. Plus I hadn't had the car 24hrs yet. When I tried to reach people they were incredibly rude. Not enough space here to even describe how bad it all was. Then today went for first maintenance. They said they would call me. They even recited my number back to me saying they will call me when it's done. That's right, they didn't! I Called and was transfered to numbers with no one answering for over 30 minutes. Operator nor receptionist would listen as I told them several times not direct me back to the same number. I just needed to speak with a manager. Never got one. This place is a complete joke. If I thought I could sue them, I would. Please do not do business with these people. Sad thing about it is priority for life concept...which means horrible service for life. What did I get myself into! More

Bait and switch This dealership is a premier example of a bait and switch sales tactic...i've been here twice trying to purchase vehicles that I viewed on the Interne This dealership is a premier example of a bait and switch sales tactic...i've been here twice trying to purchase vehicles that I viewed on the Internet, and once I got there I found a price to be thousands of dollars higher than what was advertised. Most recently, I went into look at a 2017 4Runner SR5. The price on the Internet was listed at $37,494, and when I went in they had it nearly $6000 higher and would not honor their Internet price. The salesman (Alex Wall) was not prepared to answer questions, and when I asked why they would not honor their Internet price, they offered me a different vehicle with lesser options at the same price. The sales manager Wall (Alex's daddy) asked me point blank if I was prepared to buy the vehicle if they honor their price...I replied yes. This was the last time I spoke to him as he would not come out of his office or work with me on the deal, instead he sent his inexperience son out to offer me the "switch" vehicle. I was so taken back by the sales experience that I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a formal complaint with Toyota corporate. If you've experienced the same thing at this dealership, I suggest you call Toyota at 800-331-4331, option four then option one to speak to a resolution complaints specialist. This will not get you the vehicle at the price it was advertised, but maybe these criminals will be held accountable for their lack of truth in advertising. Note, I gave them one star because zero stars is not an option. I will never do business at priority Toyota or any of its affiliates. More

I called numerous times throughout the day to get an answer from service and the phone continued to ring. Finally someone answered and asked which branch I wanted, so I said service. The same person picked up after another minute of ringing and apologized, then transferred my call again. My 2016 truck was leaking water into the cab, and it took them a month to get the window for it. I also do not like the attitude you receive when talking to them. They do not work with you and do nothing to help. Customer service is not their top priority at this dealership. Price was not an issue because this was covered by warranty. More

Mr Ott saved me an additional trip in Dec for an oil change. Both done today in less than an hour. No charge. Thank you. I can hardly believe I have had my Prius nine years. Bought it At Priority Toyota in Chesapeake when they encouraged the clunker trade ins. Great car and fun to drive. Delighted there is now a Priority Toyota in Hampton J Goodrich More
