Ben, my service adv wonderful job getting my car in and out in a very timely manner, with easy online scheduling and a seamless service appointment. Ben, my service advisor, is always thorough, attentive to my schedule, and does an excellent job helping to make sure my appointment and car are handled with care. In addition, Ben makes sure Tawa, my service tech, is available for my appointment. Tawa services my car well, keeps it clean, and checks for other issues. Thanks to all the service team at Classic Nissan.. well done! More
Bought a Frontier new 3+ years ago. I never have liked dealers until I purchased from Classic Nissan. They do all of the services and are very exceptional!!! Very easy to schedule onli I never have liked dealers until I purchased from Classic Nissan. They do all of the services and are very exceptional!!! Very easy to schedule online or phone call. The Team is Very professional with no pressure for extra items. They are always on time, stay in communication to keep you updated, and never had any surprises as they call before doing anything. I will add also that the sales Team was Great during my purchase. The last Nissan dealer I purchased from when I got a service...the sales Team would try to get you to look at new vehicles... None of this at Classic. Highly recommend for purchases and service. More
I was in town recently and noticed that my tire pressure was extremely low so I reached out to the local Nissan Dealer in Williamsburg. I arrived at the service department and encountered a very nice man b was extremely low so I reached out to the local Nissan Dealer in Williamsburg. I arrived at the service department and encountered a very nice man by the name of Brian Phipps. He was extremely nice to us and I highly recommend that you allow him to service your car needs. I had just purchased my Nissan Rogue and picked up a nail in my tire. Thanks again Brian! I appreciate your kindness as well as your professionalism!!! F. Johnson More
I chose to have all our vehicles serviced at Classic Nissan Williamsburg because of Brian Phipps, I continue to have them serviced at Classic because of Brian, Steven, Kiera and the service team. They Nissan Williamsburg because of Brian Phipps, I continue to have them serviced at Classic because of Brian, Steven, Kiera and the service team. They are professional, and that's what I look for in a service team. I'm a "gear head" from way back but confine my mechanical work, these days, to my motorcycles. For my car, my wife's car and my two daughters cars, I TRUST them to the team at Classic Nissan Williamsburg. You should too. More
Having purchased this car previously from this establishment, I was guaranteed oil changes for life in my contract while purchasing the car. Last time I went in the spontaneously changed to chargi establishment, I was guaranteed oil changes for life in my contract while purchasing the car. Last time I went in the spontaneously changed to charging me $80. I don’t make it a habit of continuing to work with businesses or corporations that are deceitful. In addition, I find it extremely funny that during their whatever point inspection, they informed me that I would need to change my cabin oil filter because they said it was dirty. The irony of this, as I had changed my cabin oil filter within the last week this makes me believe they in fact, I didn’t check it and just tried to milk more money from me. This is the forth or fifth review on the forth or fifth site that I have been requested specifically from classic Nissan to fill out. All of the reviews have been one star and the lowest I can make them. I’m not sure why they continue to ask me to review their establishment. This morning my wife reminded me that every time she brought the car to be worked on they would address her as my ex-wife’s name. This was after I had asked to have it removed from my owner information for around three years I understand computers can be complicated, but I don’t want to have my wife be upset because they are too lazy to do paperwork. I will say the young man behind the counter was very professional even when I was not my most polite he was very well spoken and very well-informed. I’m just sorry that he works for a company that doesn’t see his value. I will make sure everyone I meet for the rest of my life knows the underhanded and deceitful techniques this establishment uses, and if they continue to send me reviews, I will continue to leave the lowest review I possibly can. Sense the new owners took over priority. Nissan turned it into classic Nissan that places gone downhill so bad every mechanic that was there for years walked out they are a lousy company. I’ Nissan turned it into classic Nissan that places gone downhill so bad every mechanic that was there for years walked out they are a lousy company. I’m surprised they have lasted this long. They did a oil change on my 2017 Subaru and used an impact wrench to take the oil drain plug and completely stripped it. . After eight years I’m no longer a customer. SAD .. stay away if you value your car !!! More
Made appt for May 10 021 to have brake lights and constant slippery road icon resolved. Tech stated " getting power and ground. no blown fuses." He recommended that brake switch be replaced but no p constant slippery road icon resolved. Tech stated " getting power and ground. no blown fuses." He recommended that brake switch be replaced but no part available. Was charged $60 for his best guess. On May 12th, a friend and I troubleshot issues ourselves and found no power to switch. Using YouTube we found a blown 10 amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood. Replaced fuse. Brake lights fixed and icon gone. Factory Trained/Certified Technicians. NOT! More
Had my car towed to Priority Nissan Williamsburg back in January 2021. The car had to go back several times; which every time it was a new issue that needed to be fixed for the same problem after the new E January 2021. The car had to go back several times; which every time it was a new issue that needed to be fixed for the same problem after the new ECM was replaced. This went on from January 2021 to March 2021....and sad to say that 2 months and well over $2,000 later my car still wasn't fixed; it rode horrible....to the point of my engine light not only coming on but now blinking as well; it was not even drivable at this point...jerking....spatting....and acting like it was going to cut off. I spoke to Corporate twice in regards to the issue of my car not being fixed properly and them charging me to have parts replaced that I did not need and I still was having the same issue, they were no help at all. I was told by Corporate that since my car was 10 years old and I had a little over 138,000 miles that I should expect to have problems and they were not willing to assist me in any way. I spoke to the dealership one last time about the same issue and of course a non-caring attitude & excuses as to why the car wasn't right is what I got from them. Well, I finally decided to take my car to Professional Diagnostics right here in Newport News and guess what....after diagnosing my car they found out what the issue was...it was the ignition coils, spark plugs, and the engine intake manifold gasket that was bad. It was dropped off in one day and fixed the next day....ready the very next day for me to pick up and it's running excellent!! Nissan was ripping me off blind and I knew that I didn't need all of those parts replaced....the air flow mass sensor and the throttle body....you got me this time Nissan but never again and when I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle it will definitely not be a Nissan. Corporate all the way down to the dealership location are horrible and lacks good customer service skills...especially the manager at this location. They act like I didn't know anything about my car....it was all a game....but game over. Please if you have major issues with your Nissan or any Nissan car...please do not take it to this location....if you do....I can almost promise you that you will get jerked around and ripped off. Broke my AC When Replacing Air Bag Went there to replace an air bag that was recalled for my Nissan Versa. Customer waiting area is fine with free Starbucks coffee from a machine. But Went there to replace an air bag that was recalled for my Nissan Versa. Customer waiting area is fine with free Starbucks coffee from a machine. But for my 8:30 am appointment I did not get out till over two hours later for a relatively straightforward replacement that I was told would take thirty minutes. Upon leaving the place, I noticed that my presets for my radio were screwed up and my AC was now dead... like zilch nada. I called from the highway and told them what had happened. I was told that I would have to talk to the head of service and that I would need to bring the car back in. Brought the car back in did not talk to the manager, he had left message with service rep for the car that they would look at it. Waited another hour and a half. Told that the procedure did not affect the AC (battery was disconnected and that caused problems on radio presets) and so would not be taking care of it. It was very annoying cause you could have simply said that over the phone saving me a trip. And yes I get that changing an air bag will not be affecting the AC belt or the refrigerant lines. However it did die and you obviously were in area of wiring harness in the steering wheel. Problem was electrical not mechanical. Informed her that I would not ever be coming back and that I would be posting reviews to that effect. Did not matter... so now I have to find a car electrician to fix problem they caused. More
