No need to reach out to you now...I've reached out to you for a couple of months and unfortunately this location did not solve my car issue...nor did Nissan Corporate try to help in any kind of way after speaking with them twice....it was like everyone had the attitude that we have her money now....over $2,000....and we don't care if the car is not fixed properly....at least that's how it came across to me...all you all did was kept taking my money for part replacements that did not fix my car...it's sad that I'm actually still paying on a car loan repair that was financed through Sunbit for my car not to be fixed properly by you all...for a car that was breaking down on me at any given time....well all I have to say is that my car is fixed now by Professional Diagnostics....a place that didn't even work for the company that makes the Nissan Sentra....I find it ironic that they figured out the problem & the Nissan mechanics could not....unfortunately I had to pay over $900 more to Professional Diagnostics...but at least my 10 year old car with a little over 138,000 miles is running good & is now once again reliable. At this point...that's all that I care about. However....the only thing that Nissan can do for me at this point....is refund me for my money that I paid for unnecessary parts that were replaced....with the exception of the ECM....if you can't be honest enough to do that....then there's nothing else you can do for me.
