Made appt for May 10 021 to have brake lights and constant slippery road icon resolved. Tech stated " getting power and ground. no blown fuses." He recommended that brake switch be replaced but no p constant slippery road icon resolved. Tech stated " getting power and ground. no blown fuses." He recommended that brake switch be replaced but no part available. Was charged $60 for his best guess. On May 12th, a friend and I troubleshot issues ourselves and found no power to switch. Using YouTube we found a blown 10 amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood. Replaced fuse. Brake lights fixed and icon gone. Factory Trained/Certified Technicians. NOT! More
Had my car towed to Priority Nissan Williamsburg back in January 2021. The car had to go back several times; which every time it was a new issue that needed to be fixed for the same problem after the new E January 2021. The car had to go back several times; which every time it was a new issue that needed to be fixed for the same problem after the new ECM was replaced. This went on from January 2021 to March 2021....and sad to say that 2 months and well over $2,000 later my car still wasn't fixed; it rode horrible....to the point of my engine light not only coming on but now blinking as well; it was not even drivable at this point...jerking....spatting....and acting like it was going to cut off. I spoke to Corporate twice in regards to the issue of my car not being fixed properly and them charging me to have parts replaced that I did not need and I still was having the same issue, they were no help at all. I was told by Corporate that since my car was 10 years old and I had a little over 138,000 miles that I should expect to have problems and they were not willing to assist me in any way. I spoke to the dealership one last time about the same issue and of course a non-caring attitude & excuses as to why the car wasn't right is what I got from them. Well, I finally decided to take my car to Professional Diagnostics right here in Newport News and guess what....after diagnosing my car they found out what the issue was...it was the ignition coils, spark plugs, and the engine intake manifold gasket that was bad. It was dropped off in one day and fixed the next day....ready the very next day for me to pick up and it's running excellent!! Nissan was ripping me off blind and I knew that I didn't need all of those parts replaced....the air flow mass sensor and the throttle body....you got me this time Nissan but never again and when I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle it will definitely not be a Nissan. Corporate all the way down to the dealership location are horrible and lacks good customer service skills...especially the manager at this location. They act like I didn't know anything about my car....it was all a game....but game over. Please if you have major issues with your Nissan or any Nissan car...please do not take it to this location....if you do....I can almost promise you that you will get jerked around and ripped off. Salesman was Great, Financing Department not so much We worked with salesman Gary Barry on the purchase of a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL AWD, and he was great. He is the only reason I would go back to Priority We worked with salesman Gary Barry on the purchase of a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL AWD, and he was great. He is the only reason I would go back to Priority Nissan, Williamsburg. Barry sold us our lat car at another dealership and was equally as great so we sought him out when we learned he was no longer with the previous dealership. The Finance team left a lot to be desired. The finance team claims to have found us the best rate through a local credit union 4.09%. When we asked about the rate from our own credit union all they told us the rate they got us was the best possible. Even though they had my wife's and my drivers licenses they spelled my wife's first name wrong and listed a wrong date of birth for her on the credit application causing her credit inquiries to be fraud locked. We still have not been able to get it unlocked without having to jump through hoops and use a special PIN code. It took over an hour and a half to get into the financing office and then all the paperwork had to be redone because they failed to use my wife's and my correct name on the paperwork. Two weeks later the loan still has not been funded because the credit union the dealership financed through says the dealership has not submitted the proper or correct paperwork. On a side note after checking with our own credit union their interest rate was for a used car was 3.24%. Once the loan is funded we will be refinancing through our own credit union due to an even better refinance rate. Our bad as we should have arranged financing before going car shopping although our last vehicle purchase at another dealership was able to get us the best financing rate .09%. I rated quality of work 1 star due to the financing issues. More

Broke my AC When Replacing Air Bag Went there to replace an air bag that was recalled for my Nissan Versa. Customer waiting area is fine with free Starbucks coffee from a machine. But Went there to replace an air bag that was recalled for my Nissan Versa. Customer waiting area is fine with free Starbucks coffee from a machine. But for my 8:30 am appointment I did not get out till over two hours later for a relatively straightforward replacement that I was told would take thirty minutes. Upon leaving the place, I noticed that my presets for my radio were screwed up and my AC was now dead... like zilch nada. I called from the highway and told them what had happened. I was told that I would have to talk to the head of service and that I would need to bring the car back in. Brought the car back in did not talk to the manager, he had left message with service rep for the car that they would look at it. Waited another hour and a half. Told that the procedure did not affect the AC (battery was disconnected and that caused problems on radio presets) and so would not be taking care of it. It was very annoying cause you could have simply said that over the phone saving me a trip. And yes I get that changing an air bag will not be affecting the AC belt or the refrigerant lines. However it did die and you obviously were in area of wiring harness in the steering wheel. Problem was electrical not mechanical. Informed her that I would not ever be coming back and that I would be posting reviews to that effect. Did not matter... so now I have to find a car electrician to fix problem they caused. More

Best experience I could ask for! By far the best experience I have ever had and could ever ask for with having my car serviced! I usually go to places like Jiffy Lube or Goodyear, but By far the best experience I have ever had and could ever ask for with having my car serviced! I usually go to places like Jiffy Lube or Goodyear, but I seem to be consistently disappointed and my car tends to be worse off than when I dropped it off. Everyone at Priority Nissan was extremely helpful, honest, and friendly throughout the whole process. I had major mechanical issues that needed to be fixed, and they emailed me a thorough vehicle health inspection report with quoted prices for everything. Not only did they provide excellent results for the services I requested (my car is back to how it was when I first bought it!), but they also replaced recalled parts without charge, did a complimentary car wash, and reduced the labor charged for fixing things that were in the same area. I never write reviews, but I had to take a moment to commend these amazing individuals for the quality works they do and their excellent customer service skills. Thank you so much, Priority Nissan!
