Classic Nissan of NN told me I needed my brakes replaced and wanted to charge nearly $800. When I took my car to another auto shop, they told me my brakes were fine, with half-thickness left. This dealership is to refund me for Gap Insurance that I canceled. I spoke to Bill Price on the phone in July of this year 2024.. he confirmed the cancellation and said I will get my refund in 2 weeks. It’s canceled. Mike Timmons, the Finance Manager was very unprofessional and walked out of the office and said “be like that” when I told him I was not interested in purchasing additional finance products. Let the General Manager know this occurred as well and it didn’t seem too important to them. Would highly recommend using caution before working with this dealer. Bought a car Aug 4th. They were suppose to payvmy truck off. My next scheduled payment on truck would weeks later came out of my account. 800.00. I contacted dealership they say payment was submitted... 22 Aug payment goes through. The original payoff is now 600. Dollars less and I have not received my refund. I have called 10 times now and still nothing. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Do not go hear. I am still calling daily because these fools owe me money. I will never go back here again. More

Our first inquiry was by email, Brittany replied. I called the dealership and spoke with D. Moore, one of the sales manager. Brittany was not in he answered some questions. I called the dealership the next morning and told them I was on my way. This review is specifically for Brittany Dasher. I visited Classic Nissan on June 30, 2023. Brittany was very personable and professional. I had specific questions I wanted answered. How much for my trade in 330RX Lexus and if I was interested in financing, instead of a cash deal, what would the interest rate be? In comes Duran, another sales manager, very pushy, very demeaning to Brittany. I was very uncomfortable with him and asked to deal with D. Moore. I then went on a text drive with Brittney where I was able to calm down as she is so very calm and nice! When we returned, Duran came back to the cubicle and again made my blood pressure raise, as he was very pushy, borderline bully! He acknowledged that he was told I did not want to deal with him, so I Did Not Know Why he was aloud to return to deal with me. He even followed me out into the parking lot still conversing. It was Very Very unprofessional. I feel bad for Brittany as Duran definitely made her lose a sale! I hope someone there can realize the potential and dynamic of Brittany! More
