Classis Mazda has one of the best waiting areas (or should I say Lounge Area) that I have ever been to. This trip I chose to bring some work with me while I waited. Before I could finish my vehicle was ready and I was on my way. Some say the dealer experience is costly. Not at Classic Mazda. It will be my go to for the life of my car. Thanks Mazda for always giving me something to look forward to when servicing my vehicle. More
Very poor service experience. The tech botched the valve cover replacement on my CX-5 and I ended up having oil all over the top and front of the engine. Then I had to wait severa The tech botched the valve cover replacement on my CX-5 and I ended up having oil all over the top and front of the engine. Then I had to wait several more days for the parts to be ordered because they don’t stock many parts. Fortunately, after a third visit to this shop, my car was properly repaired. And sadly, after loosing so much oil due to their ineptness…the service ticket did not show that any oil was added to get the oil level back up. So I ended up having to do an out of cycle oil and filter change just to be safe. Caveat emptor wrt this service department. More

Bought my 208 Mazda 3 at Classic Mazda East. Have had all service done there. They solved the two problems I have had through the years. I have always been satisfied with their work. Offer a service that can't provide. I was told that a loaner car would be available if it was needed during service and oil changes. I can't take time off from work to wait around for the car so I would loaner car would be available if it was needed during service and oil changes. I can't take time off from work to wait around for the car so I would need a loaner. I've had to change the appointment 5 times now because there's never a loaner available. My car is 1K miles over the limit and still going, their response is to just keep changing to a later date every time. More
