Out of state, broken truck = service department rocks! Isaias in the service department earned more than 5 stars today! We are up from Texas visiting for the holiday and our transmission module went out... Isaias in the service department earned more than 5 stars today! We are up from Texas visiting for the holiday and our transmission module went out.....I called spoke with him after confirming with the parts department (parts department rocks too) they had one in stock and Isaias gave me a quote and asked when we could have the truck there. It ended up not shifting and I called him back. He gave me a number to a tow truck and said he would do his best to get us fixed today. Truck arrived there at 2:30 & we arrived shortly after. Someone was already pulling it in to complete a diagnosis, confirmed what we figured and at 5:20 pm we were on the road! What a great job, customer service and technicians they have. Everyone there was friendly and great! More
