I just recently purchased a 21 Suburban. The dealership stained the seat, but fixed it after an additional appointment. I live an hour away, so it was very inconvenient. They kept the SUV for hours, and barely cleaned the spot...did nothing else for the time off I had to take, like sincerely apologizing. When I voiced my frustrations, I was told GM-“huh, I will have to think about that”, I will no be back. I felt completely blown-off. They treat you like family while buying, but once you purchase, you’re nothing else to them. This is my personal experience. Good luck if you do business there. More
