Recently had the anti theft software installed in a Kia Sorento. Never had an issue with my vehicle and stay on top of everything. Went to start my car and the anti theft software failed. Now my car won't start,no power won't lock and called service who then gave me the run around and wanted me to pay for a tow to Classis Kia to fix their mistake. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! More

I learned today that after all the problems with the Kia engines they replaced my engine with a re-worked engine and used and old oil pan and serpentine belt. The Service Manager tried to act like it was m engines they replaced my engine with a re-worked engine and used and old oil pan and serpentine belt. The Service Manager tried to act like it was my old belt but they put the broken belts in the trunk of my SUV when the engine was replaced. This was the 2nd new car I bought from them. They never fixed the recall of the door locks and seems the service is getting worse and so is the bad attitude. Who in the world would want an engine replaced with old parts. I'm officially done with them. More
