I had to bring my car in several times because I couldn't stay long enough on one trip. Those folks made me feel like royalty. Wayland Lacy was superb as was the rest of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and nice and it began to feel like home. A smile on every face and each encounter, they inquired if I needed anything. Shuttle service was available, but I choose to wait in their wonderful waiting area. I was there for hours, but the time passed quickly. I never had such a great experience getting service on my car. So I give them a HUGE THUMBS UP! More
