It's far for me to drive, but I love going there because everyone is so nice. This trip was no exception. Service manager was not pleasant nor helpful. They do not answer the phones. I had an oil leak, and the car was still under warranty so I scheduled the soonest appointment available which was Mon They do not answer the phones. I had an oil leak, and the car was still under warranty so I scheduled the soonest appointment available which was Monday AM. I ended up leaving the dealership frustrated. He was accusatory and condescending when i explained the issues and told me I should have called it in. Maybe you all should answer the phones. I left and traded that car in and bought a Honda so I wouldn't have to deal with that hassle. More
