Took too long to get an appointment to get my car in. Once i got it there for my appointment, they told me it would take a few days to run a diagnostic on it. My warranty wouldn’t cover rental without Once i got it there for my appointment, they told me it would take a few days to run a diagnostic on it. My warranty wouldn’t cover rental without diagnosis, so i want 3 days without a car for a simple fix. I did receive good service from Jason. Once they got my car in it was taken care of quickly. Would suggest Kia diagnose car the day of appointment so that customers can have rental car provided under warranty when its in the shop more than a day. More
