Rep Jason was rude and talked to me like I was stupid. Was told 1 hour for the vehicle to be ready, ended up waiting 3 hours. Always have had a good experience but this one made me want just go to a local body shop from now on. More
Service was great, and I had no issues. I originally had my service scheduled for the 26th, due to a recall, but when I went in, they informed me that it shouldn't have been scheduled t I originally had my service scheduled for the 26th, due to a recall, but when I went in, they informed me that it shouldn't have been scheduled that day. I was upset, because I scheduled the appointment at the beginning of the month. But Dave helped me out, by saying he would scheduled me for Monday Morning and we could do everything then. It went great, I was so glad that they were so accommodating. More
