I called another Kia dealership and was given the run around and promised call backs for a simple question on the services provided. Classic upsell on service, which is very annoying. After driving home and looking over the car I noticed leftover cleaning solution on the ducts, the service notification was not reset in the instrume After driving home and looking over the car I noticed leftover cleaning solution on the ducts, the service notification was not reset in the instrument cluster, an OBD connector was not reattached, and worst of all, a piece of engine trim was not reattach and simply left in the engine bay. I reached out to the service department the following day and they offered to have me come back and they would fix the issues, nothing else. I decided I would not waste another 4 hours and fixed the issues myself and will not return. More
