I brought the car in for a warranty tire replacement. The week before we had the car in for standard maintenance and mentioned the rear model emblem was defective. However, when we brought the car in for the tire replacement, there wasn't anyone "qualified" to put the new emblem on, which will result in another trip to the dealership. More
