Bobby, my Service Representative, was great! I only waited about 1 minute when I arrived and then he was polite, professional, patient and knowledgeable. The shuttle driver, Chris?, was also fantastic! Before this experience, I had a really bad experience with this Service Department. This experience was a complete 360 in a positive manner.
