I called 6 Kia dealerships to take care of my dead battery service issue. No one would fit me in for at least two weeks and didn't seem to care on way or another that it was summer in Texas and my 2 y battery service issue. I appreciated his attentiveness to the problem and thoroughness in squeezing me in. Honestly, we were ready to sell the car with how difficult it was to deal with the other dealerships. Took much longer than expected to. Was told it would be 3 days for a diagnostic. Dropped off car on Wednesday, didn't hear back until the following Tuesday, when I called.
