Bad Customer Service IF YOU ARE WANTING A KIA TELLURIDE, ORDER IT BECAUSE EVERYONE WANTS TO CHARGE $8,000-$10,000 OVER THE MSRP. However, if you order one from this dealer IF YOU ARE WANTING A KIA TELLURIDE, ORDER IT BECAUSE EVERYONE WANTS TO CHARGE $8,000-$10,000 OVER THE MSRP. However, if you order one from this dealership before you sign the dotted line look at the sticker on the window and see if its the one you order because they took the sticker off of ours and we did'nt see that they charged us $210 for floor mats that I specifically told them before ordering it that we are going to buy the hard ones ourselves. Then they charged us for a cargo net that I did not order and was NOT on the sticker I sent them of the vehicle I WANTED! Then some condescending sales person calls me and tells me "It came that way" and "I got a good deal" Basically deal with it. For one, whats the point of ordering one with what you want and don't want in it??? 2nd, I didn't get a good deal! I paid the sticker PRICE!!! After waiting over 3 months. That's why I ordered it so dealerships don't screw me over and have me pay the 8-10k over the MSRP like they do those who dont know. To be told by this guy to deal with it pisses me off because good customer service would say something like, "Sorry sir for the mix up, I know you said you didnt want floor mats and this cargo net wasnt on the sticker sheet your sent us, so I can offer you this..." Maybe so hard floor mats like I was going to order with the $210 that I paid for carpet mats I did order! But NOPE, this guys tells me his hands are tied and I got a good deal. A good deal is paying less than MSRP not OVER! Never again will we go to Classic Kia!!! More
