Carrollton was awesome Frisco was terrible Took my car to both dealership I am currently without air-conditioning And was told that I will have to leave my car at the dealership in Frisco for a whole week to both dealership I am currently without air-conditioning And was told that I will have to leave my car at the dealership in Frisco for a whole week while nothing was getting done to it. This problem has been ongoing. My car is the lease and I feel like I’m being treated as such because there is no charge for the service. I spoke with someone in Frisco and they told me that they had an appointment available when I took my car to the appointment. She tells me that I have to leave which wasn’t explained before I took it so that was a waste of miles on my lease that I’m already over in mileage yes. That is frustrating then when I get there, everyone is rude so I will not be back to the Frisco location the Carrollton location didn’t look at my car the first two times but told me that there was nothing wrong now the air-conditioning is not working and I’m driving in 100° weather with no air waiting for someone to be able to service my car for the next two weeks because Carrollton can’t get me in until the 26th, this is very unacceptable. I got a lease so that things could be covered. But it seems as if I have to continue to take my car to the shop because I think that is wrong I am very unsatisfied. I would not be leasing from Kia, nor buying another Kia car in the future I would not recommend Kia to anyone. The vehicles are beautiful, but the customer service and service is terrible. I tried calling Kia corporate. I still haven’t gotten any response from them again I have another year on this lease and I am dreading the next year. Because this has been a terrible experience, and no one is willing to accommodate me. More
