I called 6 Kia dealerships to take care of my dead battery service issue. No one would fit me in for at least two weeks and didn't seem to care on way or another that it was summer in Texas and my 2 y battery service issue. No one would fit me in for at least two weeks and didn't seem to care on way or another that it was summer in Texas and my 2 year old Carnival was showing battery issues. Kia of Carrollton answered my call, sent me straight to the service desk with Chris Smith and he fit me in the earliest I could get there and walked me through the what the whole service would entail - giving me best and worst case scenarios. I appreciated his attentiveness to the problem and thoroughness in squeezing me in. Honestly, we were ready to sell the car with how difficult it was to deal with the other dealerships. Chris saved Kia in my husband's eye and mine. Thank you Chris! More

Took much longer than expected to. Was told it would be 3 days for a diagnostic. Dropped off car on Wednesday, didn't hear back until the following Tuesday, when I called. On a good Was told it would be 3 days for a diagnostic. Dropped off car on Wednesday, didn't hear back until the following Tuesday, when I called. On a good note, I was given a loaner. Aside from that, the service performed was excellent and only took 1 day after the diagnostic. Communication must be a priority. More
