Please Do not get your vehicle service at the, dealership. The service mechanic will broken parts and falsely accused the problems was their when brought the car in to get all. (Lies the dealer still ) The manger Scott Thompson , Tech person and Charles Washington are both very unethical people I brought my Kia 2019 vehicle service 9/21/22 for auto theft recall service (due letter in mail I have to have it done Dec 2024) and an oil change only. Appointment 9:00 AM my car was don’t at 12:41 . I leave the dealership at 1:00 PM My car was in great condition no problems and no lights on my car dash broad . When the service advisor Charles Washington finished my oil changed my name was called i proceed to the counter for check out. The point the service advisor Charles was going over the report of my vehicle started my (TPMS senior need to be replaced, tires need rotation and it time for new brakes). I told the service agent their nun-thing wrong with my trie sensor and my car always tell me that my tire is low. Always told the service agent Charles Washington they can rotate my cars since unbalanced .So I waited back into the lobby and my car was finish . I didn’t take the senior TPMS serious because my vehicle never to me that and no warning on my car bash broad. I left the dealership with 15 Mins and guess what a warning sign on car pop up stating “ check air pressure monitoring system” which this was never on my car. So proceeded to contact the dealership via phone . Called time 1:44 to 1:48 PM I’ll call them the first time no pick In the service department . The service department didn’t answer again. I’ll call back again and a lady at the service counter front desk answer place my on a long hold with no answer. Call back asked her to transfer me to Supervisor they did not answer my phone call.) at this point I decided to drive back to the dealership.. I made their at 2:10 PM I contacted my brother because he use to work at dealership and he told me to go to a tire shop to make sure all of my air is even. I went to Firestone 3 mins for the dealership . Make it to Firestone At 2:17 PM The guy had a air monitor system and he said all of my tire too much air in it. (See in picture) I drove back to the dealership to let them know what they messed up on my car. I got back to the Kia Carrollton dealership told me that I came in with a warning sign on my vehicle, which that was a false statement. I told him u and both know that my vehicle Never had that light on . The agent to my car to the back and to be reworked for 7 seconds. I stop the manager Scott Thompson and told he the story . the manager(manager of the SERVICE department) stated the tech stated my vehicle came in with the warning sign “ check air pressure monitoring system” with tire light on. I expressed again that my vehicle light was never on, nothing was wrong with my tire sensor so when I came intoday, I started that I take very good care of my car. I barely drive my car. I work from home . These people refused to fix my vehicle and the damage they cause. The manager Charles Washington did nunthing to resolve the resolution . This SERVICE guy walked up to me and asked and stated right is right. I’m gonna let me see. Can I help you out . He stated maybe they may put the wrong software into my computer when replacing the auto theft onto my vehicle . he looked into my codes . I asked him for a copy of my paperwork when my car came in and the guy cannot provide me that paperwork, but he reset my car and the flashing TPMS warning sign is still in my car . I contacted the police because the dealership refused to fix my vehicle The manger Scott Thompson , Tech person and Charles Washington are both very unethical people More

Mr. Charles Washington at Classic Kia of Carrollton is a top-notch Service Advisor. He was so professional, down to earth and friendly. Once he checked me in, he noticed me sitting at a table in the waiting top-notch Service Advisor. He was so professional, down to earth and friendly. Once he checked me in, he noticed me sitting at a table in the waiting area with my lesson plan papers for school. He offered a private area with more table room for me to spread out. I was so happy! I really like what he said to me -- "A smile goes a long way." Thank you Kia for taking care of our cars for free recalls and giving them back to us washed, vacuumed, and fluids filled. And thank you Mr. Charles for brightening my day! More

Charles Washington was our service manager during our visit. This was our first time to work with him, and we were very pleased. Because of him we will be returning. He is very conscientious, personable, visit. This was our first time to work with him, and we were very pleased. Because of him we will be returning. He is very conscientious, personable, good at problem-solving, and his customer service is amazing. Prior to working with Charles this past visit, we had become very dissatisfied with our visits to the Kia dealership in Carrollton. But now, because of Charles things seem to be returning back to excellent car and customer care. Thank you Charles! More
