We visited Classic Kia in Waukegan to view and test-drive a certified pre owned car we saw online. Our daughter needed to trade-in her old minivan for a newer car for college and work commutes. We got a fair price on our trade-in and the car we purchased was just what she wanted. Jenny made our entire visit go smoothly, and she is very helpful and friendly. We had to return a week later to return some paperwork and get a 2nd key/fob. The service was done without delay and the whole experience was excellent. More
Recently had the anti theft software installed in a Kia Sorento. Never had an issue with my vehicle and stay on top of everything. Went to start my car and the anti theft software failed. Classic Kia made purchasing a new car as simple as could be. I inquired about a car on their site and I heard back quickly from Tracey, a sales manager. She had no problem communicating over text, which made things much easier for me. She confirmed the car I wanted was available and even provided up front pricing information. This was such a relief as other Kia dealers refused to talk pricing unless I was in person. When I arrived at the dealership, she handed me over to a salesman, Enrique. He was very transparent about the sales process. He answered all the questions I had and allowed me a thorough test drive. When it was finally time to take possession of the car, he sat with me in the car reviewing all the features and answering additional questions. After, he encouraged me to play around with the settings and to grab him if I needed him for further help. The only hiccup was with financing: I had my own but was encourage to see what Kia would offer. Kia took awhile to come back with a decision so there was some time lost to that. But, I was offered additional incentives to take their financing over my own which helped in getting a fair price. When signing the paperwork, don’t gloss over the rapid initial/signature portion on the iPad. Lots of options like additional costs that are not required but will quickly add up if you just sign, sign, sign without reading. Overall, it was an easy process and I was pleased with their open communication, up front pricing information, and their goal to make it was simple as a process from beginning to end. Both Tracey and Enrique were wonderful! More
