Poor 60,000 Mile Service I own a 2006 Honda, Element. It has 72,000 miles on it. The vehicle was running great but I was over for me 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance. I to I own a 2006 Honda, Element. It has 72,000 miles on it. The vehicle was running great but I was over for me 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance. I took the vehicle in. Everyone was friendly. No problems there. As I was leaving the shop, I thought I heard a noise from another vehicle out in the street. It wasn't, it was mine. It was (what I thought) to be idling way fast from what it was. I drove home. In my garage, I was sure it was idling too fast. Of course it was too late to go back to the dealer. My wife and I went for about a 20 minute ride. She noticed it was idling fast as well. We drove down a street that the speed limit was 40mph. Without my foot on the gas, the vehicle kept going at just over 35mph. This was not the case when I brought the vehicle in for service. As I slowed down to every red light I hit, the vehicle would "lurch" at 20mph and 5mph. It didn't do that prior to the service. The service cost me $564.72, which I thought was steep but I enjoy the vehicle and plan on keeping it for a while. This is completely ridiculous to pay that money for a vehicle that is working fine, take it to a shop, and now it runs worse. We have bought several vehicles from this dealership and I'm not happy with them to say the least. I would be there first thing in the morning to return it but I work. More

Working Out the Quirks. Although limited by software problems, computers and phone problems. I was able to get service completed with a very friendly atmosphere.
