NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL!! THEY HAD MY CAR OVER A WEEK, "MASTER HONDA TECHNICIAN" COULD NOT FIGURE IT OUT, THEY TOLD ME ONE PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND IT WAS 300 HIGHER WHEN I GOT THEY HAD MY CAR OVER A WEEK, "MASTER HONDA TECHNICIAN" COULD NOT FIGURE IT OUT, THEY TOLD ME ONE PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND IT WAS 300 HIGHER WHEN I GOT THERE, THEY PUT A LOUSY LICENSE PLATE FRAME ON MY CAR AND STRIPPED OUT THE BOLTS, THEN FORCED BIG BOLTS HALF WAY IN AND THEN LEFT IT JUST HANGING THERE.. Recall & General Maintenance I took my Pilot in for recall, strange noise, oil change, tire rotation, new filters and wipers. They completed the services and the oil change and tire rotation price was great! My only complaint is they advertise a free car wash with every service. I left my car for 4 days and they didn't wash it - which is ok - but would have been nice. Staff was friendly and they didn't charge me for any services I didn't need. More
Mechanic did not perform the tire rotation as requested I brought in my vehicle for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Prior to bringing my car to the dealership I marked 2 front tires with a whiteout. I brought in my vehicle for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Prior to bringing my car to the dealership I marked 2 front tires with a whiteout. Upon receiving my vehicle I check the tires to see if they were rotated, and they weren't rotated. This issue has been communicated to Acura customer service, as well as the Honda. I will do whatever it takes to ensure that this unscrupulous dealership/service department gets dealt by their district service manager. More

When I went to get the car, they'd also washed and vacuumed it!! I have gone there for years because the service dept is the friendliest, most reliable and honest group I've ever dealt with - and I've dealt with quite a few! Gus Junker is a delightful man who knows his business. And Rodney was very helpful in scheduling and taking my payment. I highly recommend this dealership for their speed, accuracy, friendliness and cost of doing the work! More

Oil Change Long waits on oil change walk-ins. Consistently brings cars to front and customers sit in lobby without notification car is ready for 30-45 mins. Ro Long waits on oil change walk-ins. I was just told to pay $60+ dollars for oil change. I said why so much. Was told tires were rotated! If it was due, at least ask. Had no windshield wiper fluid in car, at least could have checked fluids and filled. More

This is my 3rd new Honda , it is GREAT!!! I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation late the night before got there at 7:30 AM , they got me in and out and back on the road before 8:30 AM, t I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation late the night before got there at 7:30 AM , they got me in and out and back on the road before 8:30 AM, they are very professional and freindly and make me feel like I am a VIP . I will buy my next new car there I have a Honda Pilot this time and I love it, but I had Honda Accords before because I did alot of driving for my job , never had a problem with either of them. Keep up the good work guys. Gus always makes sure I am taken care of . More
