Blinkers I took my vehicle to your service department. On Monday the 15th. It took the tech three hours only to tell me it wasn't fixable because they didn't h I took my vehicle to your service department. On Monday the 15th. It took the tech three hours only to tell me it wasn't fixable because they didn't have the parts. I asked for my vehicle to be checked and serviced only to find out the air filter wasn't changed the brake fluid was not topped off. I was told the air bags were replaced due to a recall the next day my air bag light warning light came on. Also a license plate liner was placed on my plate. Your techs took the time to put a plate liner on my tag but couldn't top off my brake fluid? I'm never going back to your service department I'd rather drive to el paso and let them work on my vehicle. More

They advertise that you get a free car wash with service and i didn;t, but this was back in December, so this might have been something they started Jan. 1. I own 3 Hondas and I trust them with my service. Classic as a dealership is not pushy like Lithia was.... More

I purchased the lifetime oil change and was disappointed it and my extended warranty transferred with the sale of the dealership. I always have had my car serviced only by Honda and assumed these purchases would provide that service. More

Poor experience did not feel welcomed Mr. Florez asked me if I had an appointment and I told him I didn't not that I had spoken with Gus the day before and I was informed that I need did Mr. Florez asked me if I had an appointment and I told him I didn't not that I had spoken with Gus the day before and I was informed that I need did not need an appointment Mr. Floris response was will Gus is wrong you do need an appointment and I guess we can work you in there was only one of the car before me at at the time when I arrive for the service. Then he stated that he this is no longer lithium and they do not have to honor my lifetime old changed but he would this time only but he would put notes all over the system that I was not to come back for any lifetime oil change or they would have to charge me. I did not feel comfortable talking to him about further maintenance on my car instead I called today and made arrangements with Gus at so that he could tell me what further service I need it on my car. If you look at my record I have been taking my car every since 2008 to this dealership even though I live in Odessa because of the service I was getting from that company and from Gus. But I think I'll probably be taking my business elsewhere after I get the scheduled maintenance on my car this coming Monday. I was glad to hear that Honda had gotten Suds back as a mechanic now it's going to be sad that I won't be able to utilize him except this one time. Very disappointed. More
