I read the positive online reviews and decided to give them a chance at trying to figure out why my air conditioner wasn't working! They did not disappoint! Simple fix (changed filters) and saved me from a potential disaster! AWESOME! More
Rocky Start but Hoping for a Good Finish I gave 4 stars because I honestly had a bad experience over the past few months with the service department. However, I know they have recently made some changes and on my last visit this week I'm hopeful that they located the correct problem (finally) and the new Service Advisor I dealt with - Red - was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew right away what the possible issue I was having was after I explained to him what had been happening. I had taken my car in 4 other times and paid money for parts and labor that I probably didn't even need - since they didn't solve the issue - and had told the previous service advisor the same issues. Needless to say I wasn't a happy camper but I'm crossing my fingers that this last trip has taken care of my issue and will restore my confidence in the service department again. More
Fast, professional, thorough, friendly, and convienant I chose Classic Honda of Midland, because it was the first place I saw when my "change oil" light came on. Elmi met me on the drive as soon as I pulle I chose Classic Honda of Midland, because it was the first place I saw when my "change oil" light came on. Elmi met me on the drive as soon as I pulled in. He was friendly and professional. I requested an oil change and tire rotation. He immediately offered me a water (greatly appreciated) and took my car back. Ten minutes later he informed me that I was in need of a cabin filter and air filter. He showed me the existing filthy filters. He was right. I was concerned that it would take a long time to get done, because I was in a Toyota at a Honda dealership. I was shocked when my car was ready to go less than an hour later. Elmi and the cashier were very friendly. I recommend everyone take their vehicles to them, for their service, regardless of the make. They will surpass your expectations. More

Unfortunately, our radio has a glitch, and we never expected to be visiting the service department so soon. Despite being blindsided by the sudden feedback on our radio, Classic Honda handled this with concern and a willingness to track down our problem, as soon as possible. The vehicle was taken to the service department, and they listened to my problem and even brought in a technician to analyze the problem. An appointment was scheduled and a loaner car reserved. They kept the car for just over a day. Classic Honda was courteous and helpful. My one complaint is that my beautiful maroon car was returned with dirt spots all over it. Maybe I misunderstood the free car wash with each service appointment. More

The Greatest We have had three cars in for service in the last week. The 96 Honda was bought here and been serviced here, except when it was at college! However, the service department has always bee great. They are cordial, helpful and efficient. I would never go elsewhere Thank you for what y'all do More

You idiots in your eager race toward greed covered up the DISABLED VETERAN U.S. ARMED FORCES notation on our vehicle. Setting aside the shameless audacity of forcing your customers to advertise for you simply by bringing their car to your dealership...which, let's admit is pathetic at best and just downright insulting at worse. ...Setting that aside, let's discuss how you think your crappy plastic vanity cover is more important than my pride in my husband's service. He earned that plate by being injured for his country and you think advertising for you is more important to me than his Vet tags? Our family gave a lot and those tags are a small reminder to us every time we get in our car that we ALL served in our own ways and now he's home safe and sound. So let's even set THAT aside. And focus on the fact that those DISABLED American Veteran tags also serve as my husband's HANDICAP PLACARD. As in instead of having the traditional wheelchair icon on his plates, that little red text at the bottom is what tells the police "Hey, I'm not an xxxxxxx illegally parked in a handicapped spot. I'm actually handicapped!" Only the police couldn't SEE that notation because Honda of Midland covered it up in a disgusting attempt at free advertising at our expense. Thank you so much for your work. We won't be back. More
